This week's Works-for-me Wednesday is all about 5 ingredients or less recipes. I pulled out my trusty recipe folder and went straight for the dessert section (anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a total bake-aholioc!). What I came up with is a simple cookie recipe that my family loves.Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
24-30 Hershey Kiss candies (sans wrappers)
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cream peanut butter and sugar.
- Mix in egg & baking soda to creamed mixture.
- Roll dough into 1" balls & place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Immediately press Kiss into cookie & let cool on baking rack.

Wow! You really don't need any flour? Sounds so easy and yummy. :)

We just love these cookies!
I just love the title of your blog!
You know I've never made these, but I've eaten my fair share of them. Peanutbutter cookies are my favorite, especially if they have Hershey's kisses in them.
Thankyou for sharing.
